Hi, my husband and I are tenants in common. We separated 8 years ago. I live in the house and it was agreed it would go on the market in Nov 2020. He is now ill with dementia and his daughter who is the executor of his will is going to get a court order to sell immediately. I suffer from ill health and was told by a local solicitor that there is nothing I can do.
