I had several properties handed over to liquidators by Lloyds Bank. I had done nothing wrong all payments as agreed by the bank where up to date. there was no arrears. When I took the loan out I took it out as interest free. 6 years later the bank say they identified a mistake and agree it was their mistake. They did not discuss alternatives but immediately foreclosed 0n the loan . took my portfolio of properties. Sold them under value and are still persuing me for monies owed.
